Henri II, husband of Catherine de Médicis, stayed at Rivau on several occasions and had the great stables built there. The room unfolds a royal décor: a Jacquard canopy, a damask bedspread, armorial cushions, Louis XIII armchairs, works by renowned contemporary artists, and a light stone bathroom.
